Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Return Shipping

If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping. For other returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
